Thank you, Mike. The perspective of building a company and grabbing every profit out of a stock is quite different. I am a business consultant, so I build companies. The income or capital gains taxes I saved is substantial.

The ANTC situation is not growing different divisions. They all have the same customers. You have to have more and different customers to grow further.

Coming back to stockholders' value, some one (Former chairman Mr. Bruce Van Wagner) sitting on the board of directors has experience in equity market. However, he probably has lost some touches on Wall street lately. But nevertheless, company has to have investment banker on the board of director to do the stockholders' value correctly. It is not arbitrary at all.

So, there is something that ANTC has to do, get an investment banker on the board.
