"The ANTC situation is not growing different divisions. They all have the same customers."

Arthur- You're absolutely correct about the same customers. BUT consider that cable telephony has rolled out to substantially less than 1% of cable subs in the US. Probably about .01% in the ROW. So there is a LOT of room for growth.

Now consider the outside plant, supplies, and services...well hard to break down exactly what I am saying. The stats show that most North American MSOs have more than 50% of their plants upgraded to two-way HFC. And I'm under the assumption(but could be wrong) that the ROW isn't nearly up to the level of the North American plant. It's very difficult to find the stats on the ROW so I'm going off anecdotal evidence only. So IMHO if they really want to ramp those divisions that take advantage of upgrading from one-way to two-way, then ANTC should be looking to the ROW.

Do you happen to have a general opinion of the upgrade status of the ROW? The only thing I do know is that North America has approximately only 1/3rd of the worlds total MSO subs today. Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)

PS BTW for those that don't know, I mean ROW to be, "rest of world."
