QCOM's accumulation/distribution rating just went from C to B this am. This ranking is supposed to show institutional buying and accumuation-with A being the best and E being the worst. QCOM had been D, then went to a C for about a month and now is a B-So it looks like some big money may be accumulating the stock-RMBS, BTW has an A ranking. Pinhi
