FRANCE, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- A wide range of Scientific-Atlanta fiberoptic products and systems will be used by Sudcable Services to enhance its ability to deliver expanded services over its cable system in France.

The newly installed network includes Scientific-Atlanta's optical transmitters, dual reverse receivers, optical nodes and amplifiers. ``Our unique ability to provide both the cable system hardware and the comprehensive management and control capabilities that organizations such as Sudcable Systems and Intercom require continues to drive the rollout of Scientific-Atlanta networks across Europe,'' said Paul Coxon, managing director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Scientific-Atlanta.
