and I don't mean this strictly as company specific - I use the MRVC thread for that.

But, my point was and is, that almost no mention was given here on them or their technologies for some time. Their whole target focus is next generation metro and access technology, right down to the home, and some of the technologies they are developing ARE going to impact and shape those markets in a large way. Their vision will take years to play out. I just couldn't understand why I saw no mention here of those technologies and products.

OK, I'm done spouting and will go back to lurking. <g>
