DOWNDRAFT: John, you are looking for a downdraft of a magnitude that is well on its way to a total trashing of the sector based on the bottom of the cycle. It's too early for that. We have seen what we have seen (in my opinion) because: -- the sector got caught in fears of "are we already past the peak....?" To some degree we are still in those fears. -- if those fears subside, the upwards momentum should resume. -- at the same time we saw the merger news, with its automatic, "short the buyer, buy the acquiree" action -- also genuine fears of whether MTSN is actually a more profitable company composed of 3 pieces, etc, etc. So, sure you may well see $12 or less in the future. But you are probably going to have to wait a while for that. Best wishes, Jim
