Hey Mike, you sure do have a lot of "primary concerns" for a person who doesn't work for IFN, I mean GSTRF. Tell me again why a slow rollout "plays against" G. It's not the debt boogeyman again, is it? For the last time, I would like to direct you to QCOM's cash flow statement and balance sheet. And they are just one of the partners.
