note, it's just a possibility, not a certainty.

you can see the cycle turning points high-lighted on this chart:

as you can see, Sept. 12 was originally supposed to be a high, but turned into a low so far. therefore my suspicion that this particular cycle leg may have inverted.

however, the NAZ continues to trade eerily like the '90 Nikkei...if it continues to do that, a 2,200 target would become feasible.
