ither pay up as it goes higher but their are a lot of countries that cannot afford this so OPEC loses customers" William, maybe you should kindly include us in western Europe in the list of those countries! After all, in Italy we pay 4 dollars a gallon, 90% of which is composed of taxes. At one time or another, we will no longer be able to pay. For this we can't simply blame the oil producers, but the stupidity of those who govern us. Kind regards Yaacov
