There 'seems' to be no money around for anything around here. The # of janitors has been cut drastically. I presume some of you read about our Walkerton ? Welfare payments in the province of Ontario were cut about 20 % a few years ago. More and more people are on the streets of Toronto. We may be more 'socialist' than the US, but trust me, its dog eat dog here just the same.
