The Hold coverage on GNET just means that that buying GNET in the next 30-60 days as a way to capitalize on the INSP buyout is not a good idea. All it means is that there is no good arbitrage here.

I agree that it's a bit strange to initiate coverage on a stock that won't be trading in a few weeks.

F.Y.I. INSP was given an $80 price target a few days ago.
