Omni ParkPass, Inc., Shipping First Amusement Park Orders


DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 2000--Omni ParkPass, Inc., (OTCBB:OMNP) www.omniparkpass.com today announced the company had started shipping their highly popular line of flixx Illuminated Bracelets.

Bracelets are being shipped for orders from Six Flags parks in Texas, Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida and The State Fair of Texas located in Dallas. Omni ParkPass, Inc., recently announced a worldwide exclusive marketing agreement with Bright Designs, Inc., for the rights to market, distribute and sell it's line of flixx Illuminated Bracelets in the entertainment industry.

A very hot item at this year's Sundance Film Festival, flixx Light and Motion Illuminated Bracelets are quickly becoming a rage. According to jAson Entner, President of Bright Designs, Inc., the agreement with OPPI is an exciting move that allows us to concentrate on expanding our product line while achieving large volume sales through our association with Omni ParkPass, Inc.

The kinetic bracelets, powered by a watch battery, are available in three popular styles and can be special ordered in a variety of vibrant designs or special ordered with advertising slogans or company logos. Currently the bracelets come in three styles: Pulsating pink hearts, mesmerizing orange waves and twinkling blue stars.

Omni ParkPass, Inc., products and services include operating software systems for the amusement park and entertainment industry. Current plans include using a debit bracelet programmed with a guest's credit card information the wearers can use to make all purchases within the facility, locate lost children and schedule ride times. Plans also include allowing guests to purchase tickets via an Internet based system prior to vacations and select ride times and take advantage of special offers.

According to Cleveland Smith, CEO for Omni ParkPass, the significance of the agreement with Bright Designs, Inc., is that 234 million people annually attend theme and water parks owned by the top 10 amusement park chains. An additional 10 million people in the United States attend carnivals managed by the top 10 carnival companies. Major league sports accounts for another 126 million people while NASCAR events generate 10 million and top concerts 37 million.

Omni ParkPass, Inc. has entered into a license agreement for the exclusive use of technology owned by Automated Business Companies, Inc. Dallas, Texas, a privately owned engineering and intellectual property development company. Among other technologies, the license agreement specifically includes the Master Operating Software System program that manages all of an entity's technology from a single program.
