Hello Yaacov. Sorry for the slowness in my answers. I guess you know that I am still in sunny Seattle. Sunny so far.

Unfortunately I am therefore also a bit slow with my research. As far as I can remember, Intel got downgraded yesterday by Bank of America.
It got upgraded this morning by Amro ABN from outperform to a buy. I believe that Morgan Stanley Dean Witter reiterated a strong buy for Intel. Analysts are having a tough time agreeing on anything. I am watching for another buying opp. It should actually be now but I am out of here.

Oil taxes. France gave in. I am surprised UK and Germany are holding tough. UK has the highest taxes or is it Italy? Like you mentioned to Bill, I would not want to leave Italy out even though you have the fifth highest tax rate in Europe on gasoline. Uk No.1, France No.2, Germany No.3, can't remember who is No. 4, I believe it's Norway, Italy No.5. Are you all demonstrating? France is done after the GVT gave in on oil tax relieve.

Got to run.

Sonny
