Richard, I sat here last night shock as a house close to me I believe has sold and the price in my mind was absolutely outrageous. To add insult to injury a friend could now sublease office space for a cool two million profit on todays cost, which is about 4.20 per sq. ft compared to 2.10 four years ago on the original lease. Is there a shortage of help? People i know are questioning physical location, it should be conducive to hiring employees. They can't find qualified employees! I am drawing this information from those in corporate finance divisions. Is it because of my location? I don't know,I do know if this continues the dollar is going to look like the peso where i live.
