As a director of Xecom, why haven't you told the truth about why 1996 earnings are not out? TO ALL: The reason 1996 numbers are not out is because last year Xecom sold Select Tel to Teletek (TLTK). In exchange for the subsidiary, Xecom got something like 800,000 shares of TLTK when TLTK was over $4. TLTK has since been delisted and is trading at 18 cents. Good investment!!! I was making the call on this back in November. Look at my posts from that time. Lanza may mean well, but he certainly is 0'fer when picking people to get involved with. TLTK was Tom Coldicutt's baby and he had to snitch in order not to be indicted. We wont even mention EXTI MGMT ATPL. More importantly, the SEC is now heavily into TLTK's books and are also looking at Xecom's. That is the reason for the delay. How many times have all of you been told that something is coming next week or in a couple of weeks? Well Lanza doesn't know, nor does anyone else know when the earnings will be out. Joe, it is time to be up front. Get off the speaker phone for once and make some personal calls and cut the BS. Maybe you should take a lesson from your son. You can learn something. DP
