I don't like the basis for the DDR claims. This guy says they had no involvement with the JEDEC DDR "standard". Yet Rambus applied for the patents two years afterwards. So Why should they be entitled to royalties? If the JEDEC DDR Was already in use Why should they pay Rambus. I don't think that clown lawyer made a strong enough case. His voice quivered a bit when he tried to explain it. "We have the patents yet JDEC already had a DDR solution???" What the fluck.
