News today: siliconinvestor.com They shipped an etcher to Alpha Photonics. The system will be utilized to etch off the build up of III-V materials deposited by MOCVD production systems used in the manufacture of opto-electronic applications. Lots of "good words". Too bad no one is paying attention <g>. JF
