If prices stay high for six months, I wonder if the hedged producers might not start to look good. My problem is trying to glean from annual reports just how much production is hedged, at which prices, and to which dates. Apparently the acceptable practice is just to admit that there is hedging and to provide average prices realized. There's lots of variation in the way that the data is presented and it is hard to make comparisons.
