Heavy volume! This stock can't seem to move anywhere. There is always someone to drive the share price back down. RBC Dominion securities (I believe) sold 250,000 shares today. Whom ever is selling is obviously selling at a loss, because the stock price is near an all time low. Maybe I've been watching too much X-FILES...... because I'm starting to think that there is some sort of 'conspiracy' going on here. I am wondering if it is INSIDERS who are selling their shares when-ever the stock price tries to move up. Now they can use their proceeds to purchase PRIVATE PLACEMENT UNITS, which means that they would get their shares back "PLUS A SHARE OPTION". They could justify it by saying that they are investing in the company so that the company doesn't go bankrupt. <--------speculation only(Ihave no proof). Does anybody have access to/ or know where to find INSIDER TRADING REPORTS for EMW. Anybody know where/when the annual shareholder meeting is ? Gary.
