Thanks for the reference to the paper. It's good to see such a detailed explanation of the likely origin of the TG-1 and TG-3 deposits. Also good to see that the management of MAN freed up staff time to produce such an excellent study, which I'm sure adds a lot to the general literature on VMS deposits.

Not being a geologist, I found some of it heavy going, but for those who want an idea of where it's coming from, the summary on Page 30 is excellent, as is the diagram showing the stages of development of TG-3 (Figure 12).

The paper also gives the impression that they have a good idea where other deposits may be found, e.g:

"..indirect exploration techniques such as gravity, magnetics and, to a lesser degree, conductivity surveys, effectively outline the geology and hidden massive sulphide deposits. The relatively flat terrain and undisturbed nature of the deposits make the geophysical signature of the sub-surface geology and associated deposits relatively easy to interpret."

Exciting times to come, IMHO...
