Dow Jones 6/24: Plans merger with Nev. Firm. Daniel Mendez, Pres. flew to China to complete a planned merger with Everlasting International Group Ltd., a Nev. Corp. Everlasting owns several operating entities in Southwest China. It specializes in exclusive services and natural resource distribution. Largo Vista said the merger is part of its goal to become a "catalyst for select Chinese entities that are strategically entrenched in the robust Chinese economy." The company said it has been working for the past 14 months to put a consolidation program in place. Largo Vista said Everlasting International is expanding rapidly. It will disclose additional information when Mendez and the counsel return to the U.S., it said. "We anticipate continuing positive results for the company and its shareholders," it said.
