Mr. Stone,
I have some shares with Edward D. Jones and was told the same as Judy.
Give them the ok and $29/share, no commissions will appear magicaly in the account. I have also heard that if the buyout goes through the same will happen, with or without your consent, unless your shares are in your sock drawer.
