Thank you, Greg. Other than the fact that our prior correspondence makes it clear to me, that you somehow label everyone other than Christians as "atheist", whereas only an extremely small percentage of the population is indeed so, there still exists the fact that your quote from this rather biased fellow with a Christian Ministry, is simplistic and rather unhelpful to me without context or explanation. Here are some comments abouts this fellow's thinking for those that are actually interested in learning something about the subject and are willing to spend 10 minutes reading and thinking. You don't throw a bunch of philosophical conclusions out in a one paragraph quote, and expect me to take meaningful notice of it do you?
As an aside, Ravi changed from Hinduism to Christianity. That is his right. You must be aware that many Christians in India were converted from Christianity to Hinduism and Islam, and also that they were forced to do the most menial labor of the lowest castes. Likewise, all over the world,Christians are being killed everyday--yesterday, today, and tomorrow. You see, religion is a hard task master. And don't forget that when it comes to religion everybody is always right, and I refer you to Pascal's quote that you read here the other day from one of our esteemed posters.
For your interest, in the next post, you may read about a Christian Minister that converted from Christianity to Atheism. This may help you to achieve a balanced outlook, assuming, of course, that you have an interest in examining truth from different angles.
