Hi all, here are the numbers I got from Rich. He is at the plant this week and will verify these numbers when he finds a computer hooked up to the net.:-)
1996 sales $640,074 vs 1995 sales of $453,107. 1996 cost of goods $705,507 vs 1995 cost of goods at $910,207. 1996 loss of $65,000 vs 1995 loss of $457,100. 1996 G&A $1,002,150; R&D 47,010; Operations Expenses $1,049,160; producing a loss of $1,140,793. Per share losses are 1996 5 cents; 1995 10 cents and 1994 16 cents.
The management discussion talks about a pilot project to use the packaging at another semi corporation. Also noted the pilot project with a dental laboratory. A marketing study for shipping of aeronautical parts in the U.S. has been implemented.
The go forward marketing plan is to target the Silicon Valley need for protective packaging.
