I guess I must have been asleep for not noticing this until today:

* Ivan Webb was the CFO of NESS until April 28, 2000.
* Ivan Webb was sued by the SEC on August 14, 2000 for fraud in a stock manipulation case involving another BB company, BBAN
* Ivan Webb was sued by the SEC for fraud in a previous case, too.
