Ladenburg Who? Deal sounds OK to me, investment bank is low end. Look at the web site - ladenburg.com Note all of the underwriting done by this firm in the past year. Read all of their press releases (there aren't many). Find one noteworthy client. Note that most press releases deal with distressed and otherwise high yield issues. Note that 20% of this investment bank sold for $10 million one year back. If our customers are GM and IBM, one would think we could enter the front door of a classier establishment.
