Now while this is just a working hypothesis, the average so far of such dreams is 100% as I have described, and 0% as actual metaphysical connections. But, with only millions of examples to choose from, it's not yet conclusive.{g}...
...A few have courageously admitted that in fact there WAS no "spirit" or "soul", in the religious sense -- often, these folks were burned or otherwise disposed of for threatening what has been a very effective control mechanism for all of this time.
With all due respect to you, my friend, the claim that there is zero percent connection to metaphysical phenomena is just not correct. Personally, I don't think 'dream interpretation' is worthy of study, but the concept that there is no spirit or soul in a human being is rather new, not the concept that they do exist. It's OK with me if you choose to believe that these things do not exist, but excusing them as hallucinations or psychotic behavior or some other form of derangement does not explain them.
Please also understand that I am utterly opposed to the use of dogma as a vehicle for the control or persecution of people; such as those who do not agree with said dogma. I think that fault lies in the person who is trying to control others (for some nefarious purpose, IMHO), and not in the underlying concept of the spirit or soul.
In any case, I think we can agree on one thing: giving kids psychotropic drugs is not a good thing. That's the more important thing, I think. |
