Sounds OK to you? Well, I'm not convinced... in the first place, it represents a further dilution in value of... let's see... 45 million shares at today's closing of around 7... another 6-7 million shares, bringing the outstanding number of shares up to ... what? 50 million? on the other hand, it definitley shows management's confidence in the future potential of the company's worth. Unfortunately, the market didn't seem to share that confidence, what with this afternoon's selling. Somebody, please... paint a rosy glow 'round this.... -rv
