I have taken the liberty of a repost from the Agora non-member board in case someone is not paying attention :-)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To All,

I apologize for my lack of posts lately however things are
pretty intense at work. It looks as though the things are
getting back to normal so I will be able to share more time
here.
In light of this I would like to offer the following.

The news coming out during my golf games has been nothing
short of incredible. Without a doubt Sideware's relationships with IBM, Siebel and Oracle are stronger than ever.
The relationship that seems to have the highest visibility
in this circle is with respect to Oracle. It is assumed by
many of my contacts that Sideware will sign a blockbuster deal with Oracle. Oracle is really priming itself to take on
the world of E-CRM and Sideware is the ''E''. If all continues
at this pace we should be hearing news soon. Although there
is no sure thing my contacts believe that if Sideware continues to walk the walk then the deal will come through.
Sideware is also working through the quietest moments atleast as far as their investors would take it, but the importance is that Bean 3.2 is in final Beta and should be commercially available within the next 2 to 3 weeks. 3.2
and On-Call 1.0 should be commercially available at the same time.
Sideware is currently selling and installing 3.1. Customers have entered into maintenance agreements so they will be receiving the 3.2 Upgrade.
The developers have their heads down and are working like
mad to achieve their milestones. Incentives are probably being offered. Sideware will deliver.
More later
Best Regards
Ken Bray
