Softbank Inv (0648-HK) further delays despatching notice Softbank Investment International (Strategic) Limited said that the despatch of the circular to the shareholders of the company containing information relating to the acquisition of shares in Morningstar Asia Limited and that the entry into the joint venture agreement will be further delayed until September 29. The delay was due to additional time was required to discuss the proposal with the independent financial advisor. 210.176.154.39
