San Jacinto is way the hell out by Hemet. Banning. Beaumont. Probably in Riverside County, maybe San Bernadino. The only thing they grow out there is earthquakes and dates. And maybe dirt. (sucker, sucker, sucker....) There is good sailplane country out that way. My bro-in-law's club flies out near there. Maybe you can trade him your worthless bonds for a tow.
