Interesting thought merry. Although I've read in several places that Li has been quoted as pushing for spectrum auctions in Asia so he and consortuium could bid for wireless spectrum. I'm not intimately knowledgable re: Hutch and CHU but that would seem like an awful lot to bite off. These auctions are starting to look like high risk gambles for even multi-multi billion dollar Co's. -dave
