Agree with the high-risk gamble for those wireless spectrums. Li/Hutch withdrew from one bid (Germany, I think). He has tons of cash, going to sell VOD shares which will give him billions to invest.

IMO buying wireless spectrum in Asia, i.e., China, India where billions are not near any other service has great potential.

Read article last week, talking about women in rice paddies, talking on cell-phones.LOL
