Mark, Ciao, Gordo, fellow TOMmies - Off topic: I just thought I'd ask to see who's hopped on the T.BEC (Belair Energy) band wagon.
I gotta blow my horn, it's ego I know, but indulge me. Picked last January at $1.45, we ended the day with a $2.40 bid, $2.50 ask (last $2.40). And, IMO, it's only the beginning.
I have thrown what may seem a rather aggressive and possibly unattainable target price of $5.00 / share by Christmas. Higher than any estimate you'll find, but seemingly more attainable with each passing day.
The target, like my $3.00 target for TOMmy by Christmas of '99, is based largely on being in the right sector at the right time. I believe the energy sector will be on fire come December 25, and investors will pay cash flow multiples of 5x (more in line with past rallies... currently 3x CF is being paid for larger cap O & G Co's).
I expect (guesstimate) $1.00 CF for BEC for 2000, and hence, 5x CF = $5.00 target.
This should be perceived as an extremely aggressive target at this point in time, but given the current environment in the sector, the probability of it being attained seems to increase with each passing day.
