Poutine is cheese fries, right? Something like that. But I had something in Moncton, New Brunswick, that called itself poutine that was an inedible cannon ball of grated potato formed around an amorphous blob of fried ground meat. I gotta tell you guys, you need to come down to Louisiana and learn how to cook.-ng-
