Hi Clint, I am not sure we will fall that far as the Funds will want to engineer a rally so they can finish the end of the quarter on a positive note. They don't get paid to hold cash and there have been very few places to hide during this sell off. The current rally is suspect though. I have a sell signal forming on the COMPX, but my system did not generate a buy signal due to the slow climb up from the support level at 3840. This is this the first time I have seen this happen. Let'see how it plays out. I expect us to be pinned in a very tight range tomorrow as people unwind options positions. We saw some of that today going into the close. I can't see people holding positions into the weekend if we get an openning rally.
