First, Warburg is the lead market maker here, according to Nasdaq trading data. DLJ is second in volume in July, 2000. So, their analysis is worthy in gold. Their earnings projection is below mine; and I already factored in the projection that ANTC will easily surpass my earnings estimate.
Second, the chairman sold some of his stock options and I estimate that insider as a group will sell 750k shares this year. They sold it at the wrong time as usual, at a pulled back price. But they sold it to balance the supply and demand(market makers shorted 2.7 million shares); which is good for the stockholders' value.
Third, the greedier the insider or the chairman is, especially for stock option, the better this stock will perform.
I hope this answered all your questions. If you have experience in investment, please don't be emotional when there are dips in the chart to regain from technical imbalance.
Soundness in fundamentals is number one issue. Then technically, market makers have to own the stock, and as a group is big enough to defend it. After all that, we will see $180/share. Having said that, it is not really easy to have everything right at the same time. But we are close to putting everything together. I need all your help. |
