Thank you for your response for Bosco, but it is not detailed enough. I must advise most of our stockholder group here; that while some details are not available on the net, you must have your own Annual report. I am sure ANTC IR people will be happy to get you a copy.

The convertible debt was discussed on page 42, "Notes to the consolidated financial statements-(continued)" in the 10k SEC report. ANTC will pay a premium of $2.1 million, if ANTC redeemed before May15, 2001. The conversion price is $24/share. As you know, nobody will convert until the last date because of the interest lost, unless they convert and sell it right away for the profit. They missed the first chance at $61+/share. Part of the debt was used to purchase back 4.4 million shares of ANTC at $63 million cost, from Anixter International.

If converted, the dilution is minimum, in view of targeted share price of $180/share.
