Persoanlly, i don't think that $500 per pop can be construed as an overpayment in any sense of the imagination. DT paid $17,000 per pop for the VSTR acquisition - that is an outrageous premium.

I'm sure that VOD knows exactly what they are doing. I would love to see someone buy out KT Freetel and give them some added financial muscle to offset SKT's dominant position. I wish PCS would go on a global M&A binge.
