I just noticed that you had inadvertently replied to yourself instead of me.....Since many states have there own minimum wage already, would you make an issue of that for the sake of conformity? I don't think there is a Constitutional leg to stand on, so actually "uniformity, standardization, and administration" is pretty much a dead issue anyway........
