Inc.(CDNX:HTRN.) is pleased to announce that the transaction for the
acquisition of GPSMax.Com Inc. has been closed.
	   This "arms length" acquisition was made in exchange for 8,500,000
Common Shares of Hall Train stock as specified in our previous Press
Release dated April 27, 2000.
	   GPSMax.Com Inc. is an Ontario company that is currently designing
software and applications to provide maps and location-based personal
navigation services for GPS enabled terminals. GPSMax is working
towards being both a value-added service plus a mapping and navigation
application service provider. GPSMax's goal is to offer a nationwide,
up-to-date, person-based and flexible alternative to CD/DVD-ROM
car-centric navigational systems as well as other mobile devices.
	   The completion of this acquisition fits into the Company's overall
business objectives of identifying and investing in synergistic rapid
growth entertainment and technology companies to increase its revenue
base and shareholder value.
