I think Bush needs our help.

Let's craft a dumbed-down way to explain his awesome tax plan.

How about:
"If you make $35,000 or less, I'm WAIVING federal income taxes for you. You pay nothing!"

And:
"If you make $50,000, I'm WAIVING half your taxes."

And:
"Gore's plan keeps milking the poor and middle class, while my plan WAIVES federal income taxes."
