Do you think he holds a position in the security ? I wonder what TMF policy is about their writers holding positions in securities which they write about ? According to the guy's profile INTC is one of his favorite stocks. The SEC should require that these "authors" or " writers" which think they are anaylysts, should disclose if they hold a position. The SEC doesn't even require sell-side analysts to provide detailed ownership information. An analysts might hold thousands of shares in the companies they follow.
