I already have, I bought a bunch of their shares and held up their stockprice. I also am a cheerleader for their patent attorney (he doesn't tell me a thing, so don't even bother asking).
They don't need my help anyway, they are perfectly capable of raising cash if and when they need it. Besides, I am far from an expert at funding raising. I'm just a startup guy, mediocre at everything, but able to do just about anything. And, I won't work for public non-startup companies - they just aren't enough fun for me. Still haven't started looking for a job either, although as the one year anniversary of my sabbatical/vacation rolls around in 6 weeks, the urges to do so are getting stronger. I think I still want to ride out the summer irresponsibly though, the schedule sure beats working for a living, although the money isn't great (unless CMTR does a few multiples for me).
Don't get too caught up in the disclosure language of a 10Q, they are intended to limit liablility by proclaiming that anything and everything is possible.
