Do you really believe that? Family leave and maternity/paternity employment is an issue I wrestle with every day. But imagine the alternative, which would surely be every pregnant woman getting fired the minute it was apparent she was pregnant (tough to hide that "condition" unlike other forms of discimination in the workplace).
