Blisenko, every company has holes in their plans. Everybody has to judge what is the cost of the holes. If the appeals court/supreme court throws out the split verdict, maybe miraculously, you could look foolish since the market will not see the holes you are seeing. The perception of holes in the plan are a function of sentiment, that's all. Time will tell.

Your linking Ballmer to the falling stock price is without any basis or knowledge. I doubt that titles change the mechanics of any big directional changes the company may want to make.

Am I pissed off ? No. Time will prove me right of which I have plenty.
