I'd say before we get below 3477 (NDX) and make a lower low, we are still in an up trend. If this trend is for real, we won't break 3477. If it touches 3477, it will bounce at least a hundred points, which would be 3577. So there's a downside of 130 points from the actual 3700. If you stay 50% cash, you can use the bounce from 3477 to 3577 to make up 100 points of your loss of the theoretical 130 points downside. If you are really prudent, stay 60% cash. Then you have no downside anymore. So what we have here is a clear cut case of a nice buying oppertunity...
