How do you deal with Manfreds point that the 6 hr delay in the hospital prior to injecting Neuprex should not impact mortality in the placebo group and mortality in this group was also lower than expected.

I do understand how delays in getting antibiotics and in getting to the hospital lower mortality in both groups by slanting the trial towards survivors. I do not understand why a 6 hr. delay in giving Neuprex would in any way add to the survivability of the placebo group.
