dream on... You think Hitachi went to all that trouble and then caved in on the basis of a change of heart? They changed their mind when they found out what they were up against. There are too many pathetic tears here for the "poor" DRAM companies. It is those companies that are trying to use what they didn't invent and bully Rambus by forcing them to use the expensive legal option - in the hope that Rambus runs out of money.
