John, It looks pretty clear that MSFT is headed back to $60 to retest the low set a couple months ago. This is healthy from a long term perspective. Institutions will begin accumulating at this level. MSFT will probably do most of it's buying at this level.

IMO, $60 is strong support for the stock. Long term investors, institutions and MSFT will increase their holdings at this level. They will stock up for better times to come. Next year will be a much better year, IMO. A strong move higher could come as soon as later this year, we'll see, but I think that we are seeing a basing period that will last a few months. This trading range will shake out the weak hands and create a base to build on in the future.
